Just wondering and pondering like yourself without hysteria. A company director knows the company will need cash in its future outlays. He knows he could dispose off a couple of shares and convert his options at the company's gain. He knows there are chances of non conversion by the buyers should he sell. why would he take this option? I can only think of a stupid reason like keeping his average down. Any thoughts folks?
