According to CommSec (Trade History) on FLC, there was 3,742,730 done on 14/5. That 2.5M could have been done through CXA and the 1+M could be the figure through ASX only.

I believe Niko’s average is still around 9.5c - 10c because his first 2 purchases were around 21.25c

I suspect the seller could either be PlanB (20M) or Employee Equity Administration (14.4M). Just hope it is not from Watermark Services (61M).

As for delisting or MBO, I believe the Australian shareholders including Jagen, Rare Costa, Pyxis, Willjo etc would hold more than 10% of the company in aggregate, which is enough to block an oppressive move by the raider. Unless a reasonable price is offered, I don’t think a long term holder like Jagen whose average cost is around 25c would entertain.

Just a bit of my speculation.
