So the chairman sells all there stock and a history questioned before on his dealings
that looks good
so the placement was so on the cards
I don't like seeing people loosing money but you should have read the reports to see that when merger happened NTM shareholders could not vote on this so we all got diluted.
RCF had debt NTM had little cash
