I'm confused what you're trying to point out here. That the share price has appreciated a lot in the last few years? This announcement in particular shows that Ollie bought on market, just like any one of us could have yesterday. The other directors that either purchased through a cap raise or on market did so with the same terms available to anyone that could participate at the time.
Directors having bought in at lower prices when market conditions weren't as favorable a couple years ago shouldn't be scoffed at, you and I have seemingly done the same. Considering they are all in the money, it's good to see that none of those directors are selling as they clearly see there's further room for growth.
There's no 2 ways about it in my eyes, having directors/management interest tied to the share price is always a good thing in my eyes.
