so directors had no scale back of their issued shares but still no disclosure provided on what basis the scale back occurred. Interesting and confused at the same time.

Interesting that LO only took up 700,000 shares as one might think he was supposed to take up another 12,000,000 shares to stick to the public statement made in the rights issue announcement that all directors would take up their full entitlements for all shares owned by them.... I can't find anywhere mention of how the loan funded shares are treated but if they are listed as being owned by LO and the company has publicly stated all directors will take up their full entitlement then what happened to this missing 12M share take up for the 24M shares owned under this structure???
