Cutey.. im not in disagreeance.. although dilution of tenement ownership, imo, is likely to occur.. it is best for all parties to get to the end equity result asap.. i still believe that Australian companies are in a good position to operate the mine.. The big question, and where the risk/reward lies, is what will that end equity position look like once negotiations are finalised..

I hope that BOC shareholders and bougainville are all winners here.. i am just a little pessimistic knowing how business goes down over there.. with the ARB lodging that doc the other day and Onell doing anything and everything to hold onto power, the future is really uncertain.
