Our subsidiary company that owns 90% of the Zambian broject "relied" on our partners (with 10% ownership), to submit their part of licence renewal documentation. They did not submit and ARE (or its subsidary) did not check if docs were submitted. As a result the renewal did not take place and thence licence became available and rewarded to another applicant, who had prepared their application all in the timeframe we were drilling to make available the results for the next phase of the venture. As it turned out the next phase was dished out on a silver plate to another "explorer" who are likely there to sell it to a MAJOR miner, 4 in the area.

Hence the conjecture that a seemingly basic "oversight" by ARE management paved/facilitated the way for a fraudulent opportunity, wiping out million$ from our shareholding market capital (which management has relatively little interest in, compared to their salaries), not to mention letting OUR/THE FLAGSHIP project slip out of our hand and dished out on a silver plate to others, after we did/funded all the ground work; including building an all wether road, extended drilling and results-ready (as anticipated - given drill cores and samples were shipped to labs in Australia progressively).

We need to hold the management to account, REGARDLESS of, but more importantly to protect, our future potentials (e.g. uranium assets). Please consider joining the action group (link: Post #: 59316904).
