Agree the app rating is a huge concern - if you look at similar banks such as bendigo bank app or suncorp they are 3.6star and 3.7star. George was brought in on the pretext of fixing the tech issues but this does not look good, especially as the my boq app is a critical part of the tech puzzle. Whoever built the app needs to go through the reviews and try and address the issues that people are complaining about.
