Just want to clarify a few things about this announcement so people don't panic and flood with negative commentary, the share disposed of is relating the share plan in 2012, it has a strike price of 13.9c. No sane person will pay that when you can buy on the market for circa 10c.
PB has not sold on the market in a normal sense, this 6 million share he disposed of is relating to the deal with Vimson to take it up at 8.5c already announced. While at a heavy discount, I would not want to see the alternative that 6 million shares get dumped on the open market
It is not a vote of confidence or not, it is rather a rational choice, as much as we like to see PB forks out to buy the shares at 13.9c
PB took up their allocations of November 2013 Plan Shares of 2million shares because it has a price tag of 4c.
Now it is time for PB to buy his 6 million shares back on the open market unless inside information is prohibiting him doing so.
