Agree Bobadah,that phrase had 'loophole' written all over it.
I have an opinion on whether it was ever true, but I won't share that opinion here.
The board and especially the MD,should hang their heads in shame,for the mistrust they have cultivated with supportive long term holders such as yourself(and others).When analyzing the risk of an investment,the management is not an insignificant factor,and it is the reason I still only trade TNG,despite it's potential.
