Have to admit, it's pretty a pretty disappointing show of faith isn't it. I have no doubt there's A LOT of moving parts going on (including PB's wish to have the share register in some strong institutional hands) and knowing that the offer was fully underwritten. But still, I really would have thought a lazy 20 odd K to show he is in this with us wouldn't have gone astray.
