Agree it may be less dilutive for current shareholders but disagree that it would make it easier to raise the funds.
Financiers will fund a project based on it's merits at the time of funding, not based on where the market cap has been pushed to by retail holders. IMO equity providers are only interested in their own back pocket not yours and mine.

Milestones on which we still await, like end of FEED and the SMS guarantee, Darwin EIS etc IMO are what are needed to help the SP find it's right level, not management sending a signal, which I don't believe they have the ability to honestly do, by buying heaps of shares on market.
