Does anyone understand the FEED process enough (I don't) to say whether FEL-1, in referring to the viability of the business case , could imply that once that has been confirmed the project is to a degree already been assessed as economically viable, a goer? I don't want to read more than we should but it would be reassuring as an interpretation. @Propunter2 perhaps?
