PB has considerable skin in the game. He owes 4m shares at 0.143 cents. This is to be paid in 2023 (I think). Who of us would buy more shares, when we already hold a large position AND owe money on it. And if its due in 2023, why would he pay now. His 570k isn't going to make a massive mark on TNG capital. And I'm going to assume that he's going to be working his fingers to the bone as otherwise he'd be paying good money on a dead stock come repayment time.
