This article was not long after the Chinese State owned enterprise rep on the BOD "resigned" and sold out and was unceremoniously said good bye to. While the private Chinese investor got a long polite accolade when he "retired" not long after and is still a shareholder.
Still wondering if the first one was found with his hand in the cookie jar, so SMS and the BOD maybe? decided to fast track everything? And then subsequently changed their mind and decided to tweak the bejeezus out of it and make it more "bulletproof".
Don't think we've seen the China patent registration come through yet? One of the few, only one? still outstanding!
