As a general rule, I have never seen one group of directors have different rules than another regarding share trading windows, with the possible exception of executive directors. They all get the same Board minutes, after all.

However, as always, any individual who has knowledge of price sensitive information not available to the general market, is never allowed to trade shares irrespective of trading windows being open.

My initial post was a reaction to the stories we have been fed by directors/management that they cannot buy shares as a contract may come through at any time and they don't want to be in a compromised position. So does that now mean there are no contracts to be signed in the near future? It was ridiculous excuse then as it is now, except the SP is much, much lower now. So guess what at least one director has done.
