Why would the largest shareholder, Seumas Dawes, (via the "Pepper Group" entity) reduce his shareholding from 123.9M to 19.6M and at the same time increase his shareholding (via his "Rose Capital" entity) from 16.8M to 18.5M? - maybe I've read this wrong? (Coming out of escrow explains the drop, but why the increase via another entity, and no announcement on who's picked up the 100M shares?)
I like this company, 1H16 has beaten forecasts, growth story looks good, good diversification across businesses/ lending products/ countries, no net debt (and cashed up/ able to access funds for future growth). Forward PE of 6.6 hard to explain, although only covered by two brokers, Macquarie (buy) and Goldman Sachs (hold), wonder if interest will pick up from others and if this might be good for shareholders?
