Read the announcement. The chairman received 66,666 via the placement but another 28,571 via the SPP. That's the full entitlement (28,571 @ $1.05 = $30,000). That was not approved by the shareholders.
I wonder who else received special treatment in the SPP allocation. Smells rotten. Someone needs to look into this.
