down to 65c today looks great buying, I notice most of the REIT's were down today I think because the FED raised % rates again, so when rates go up, property trusts usually go down, AVJ looks abit shaky at the moment, 65c looks great value though considering its on a 7%+ yield and its NTA is $1, but could drop to 55c by the charts, especially if we get a stock market correction which is about 7yrs overdue, that has me concerned about buying any shares here, during the 2008 crash, AVJ fell to 20c, now that was great buying, I wonder if we will be so fortunate to get a chance like that again, if the DOW falls 50% we will.
