Announcement said the transfer was done via an offmarket block trade and the price action today proved it was the off market not on market sale
However the attachment 3Y would appeared to be filed incorrectly as it stated as on-market trade. It should be rectified by a subsequent adjustment notice maybe tomorrow
PH has recently topped up the shareholdings in his other two related companies which the share price are underperforming/cheap. So no surprise he realised some profits from IMU
