And to add, I’ve seen Biotechs that looked amazing, that had very good Directors who never held shares. And the shares have done spectacularly good. These Directors never took the opportunity to hold. I have no idea why they sat out, but it’s not that uncommon.,

Just recently there were posts on HC critising 2 non- executive directors, being on the Board. The insinuation was , they contributed zero to IMU but took fees.

I have taken the luck opportunity to meet this Directors several years ago. They were both highly experienced executives and well versed in the US Biotech landscape. Exactly what is needed for the vitally important for the proper functioning of a listed company. Balanced sensible experienced people.

So... in other words, it is almost not possible for them ON MARKET because of such sensitive insider information. Hence, they had to buy through something like what we see now, i.e. EGM.

No wonder why some billionaires always say: "See what they do, not what they say." and "If we do not know the same as the insiders, we follow their footsteps."
