certain is the 4C will be released between now and latest Wednesday before 10.00am and more Cap Raisings are to come if there is no sale of a real asset such as any B-cell / CF 33 / CAR-T applications. What is unknown to all of us is when and at what Ts & Cs. If he repeats it the way of last time then it will be painful again, no doubt. If he learnt from it and from ALA's recent one then we would be better off. But it is Hopper, unpredictable like IMU's sp. We have to take it as it comes.
