I find it interesting that the sale immediately preceded the BP analysis report, valuing the stock at 15c. Bolstering the SP price to appease the haters of the fact that the Chairman had made a sale, then notifying the market on the following day. Although the report was not announced via the ASX, it was clearly the reason for the halt in the sliding SP and slight recovery. So therefore was market sensitive and in controvention to IMU's own Trading Policy (IMHO).

And don't try and tell me PH wasn't aware of the reports drop.
