Not enough volume I guess, selling 14M shares would have wipe the 10.5c buy line so I guess PH didn't know there wouldn't be any new data cut or more likely didn't know the market would have reacted so negatively to no new data cut. Like I said, some big holder definitely took advantage of this and then the ME tension to sell and buy back. Smart strategy.
