Maybe transaction intent was CGT offset. Maybe monies will be used to pay taxes directly. Perhaps a silent honest show of hands is in order to ascertain who of us is either in the process of or perhaps has done similar on occasion when heading deep into FYQ4. Whatever the reason I consider the transaction both private and legal and certainly none of my business. I am more interested in the filing status of the current round of R & D tax credits. As for the transaction itself the number disposed was equal to that of Deborah Coleman's 21,030,338 interest less the residual 6,907,109 of FPO shares held in voluntary escrow. But maybe pure co-incidence. My opinion only of course !
