Whilst I said a week ago, I was taking a break from these threads until news breaks. That was whilst not being able to avoid invaders, in telling us what to do with our investments. As their not only repetitive and painful, but all seem to have adverse ulterior motives. That was whilst expecting data or a partnership of some variety to drop.
However, enter PH.
Whilst I have many grievances with him and his style of management, I do believe most holders here have gone off prematurely. He's in a no win situation. Should he protect an investment by holding it and refinancing- he's the worst in the world. Could you imagine had he taken the only other option and sold these shares & options, what would have happened.
On the upside, I'm with the many posters here that believe he couldn't give a Tinker's Tusk about us Retail holders. Given that contempt, he must see some value in holding the shares. A bloke of that wealth doesn't need banks on his shoulders. He's not keeping them in making us happy.
I'm not defending the bloke. He lost me in 2021 when selling out at $0.40c, whilst watching his CEO telling investors 2022 would be even more rewarding, and we have plenty of dance partners. Throw in not attending the AGM in 2022, he lost me.
But in not cutting our noses off to spite our faces, we need to look at the bigger picture. He stated back in 2021 in an interview, that he believed Bio companies such as IMU should be sold to BP in their Phase 2 stage. With two of the five products already there, whilst others are a stone's throw away. The great science mixed with his stated intentions, keeps me interested. Couple that with the data about to drop from all ongoing trials in the next couple of month's, I'm going nowhere !!
PH isn't the most popular person to head a company, nor does he care. He knows he's in for a big pay day soon, and that's why he's refinanced a large chunk of his holdings. Has anyone wondered why LC is so quiet of late. For mine it's just not in her DNA, something is about to drop !!
