2. 125m shares at 8c
3. Now 200m shares at 5c

It is just a re-negotiated loan for $10m at the original Ts & Cs for the next 3 years

He could have paid it back several times but chose not to. For example, he just paid $3m in cash at RAD for 75m shares at 3c and will do something similar at CHM's jext CR.
PH reassured us via the loan agreement that the shares are held by MBank ad security and won't be used for any activities. Whether that's true or not, who knows.

But that strengthen the need for an independent retail director, Jesus Christ - Holders wake up and nominate someone to represent us and to put pressure on Hopper to do the right things.
