You cannot be critical of a director for "front-running" when a few short weeks ago be purchased $1.3M at 10c a share.......That is quite a haircut in a short timeframe. It shows great confidence in the projects.
If you want to cherry-pick facts, using this one fact, you could make a case for his termination due to poor judgement.
How about starting with the broader facts in order to arrive at a conclusion.
