GB is incredibly insightful and thorough and obviously experienced.

I've followed his posts in more than just this stock, and when I originally held DRE years ago it was also below 2c - however I moved out and back in again.

My point was not to shut anyone down or up, in my view there always needs to be an equal balance of positive insight along with realistic views too. Why is it a man can have a negative sentiment and when he's right he's not equally as congratulated and praised as the one who is positive and the stock lifts?

Investing isn't always knowing when to hold 'em but also when to fold em.
