I don't know OTB. Not much has happened for such a long time. I'm holding out for the presentation this month. There are quite a few competitors now, for cancer screening via blood test with some in operation already. I doubt IIQ will be the company I thought it would be. Even if they could come up with something novel, penetrating the market would be the major challenge. It is hard and expensive to change the behaviour of the clinicians who order the tests. You might have governance stepping in from governments and insurance companies pushing for the cheaper option provided IIQ's cancer screening tools were highly specific and sensitive.
It is nice to see directors buying but IIQ has half its office in the US up for sub lease. Not exactly expanding operations like one wants to see.
