Pretty rich giving himself an extra 90,000 shares for nothing. He subscribed for the raise and he had absolute control over when the meeting for approval would be. Who buy shares in a company and expects to earning interest on the value of the shares as well?
We weren't desperate for his extra $300k, and they were absolutely stealing from other shareholders by issuing to themselves at a measly 10 cents per share. Then he gifts himself an extra 90,000 - was it really worth it for the poor image you have now Rob?
