Its the problem with most small cap stocks. The board of UCM is sub par when its all said and done but when you are small and live from quarter to quarter its hard to attract real talent.
Counter argument would be the share price is up 70% from that raise which is a pretty good result in a market like this but I tend to agree, bad look. He is well paid.
