It would serve you well to properly research your subject before you launch defamatory accusations that demonstrate your total ignorance.
FOR YOUR INFORMATION:
1. The UCM share price at the time of the Cap raise was 11cents per share. The capital was needed at a very critical point in the companies expansion. It was obvious a successful Public Cap Raise would have required a very heavy discount price, perhaps 50%. So the directors including Rob Phillips put their hand in their own pocket to get the company through a tight spot.
The rest is history - Uscom China was established and UCM moved into into positive cashflow and net profit within 7 months.

2. A good read of the annual reports will reveal to you that Rob Phillips takes a considerable proportion of his CEO Salary in UCM shares to economize on cash outgoings and demonstrate his faith in the companies future. The shares he received were his due for the long hours he works and were fair value for his skills and qualifications.

3 You might note from the shareholder poll results that both motions covering the issue of Shares and Rights to Rob Phillips received a FOR vote of 99.99% AND the re-election of the two directors received a FOR vote of 100%
