Hi Fuhc46 In my opinion anytime management buys shares on market with their own money is a vote of confidence. There hasn't been much movement as they haven't had any capital. Rather than doing serval CR's they been trying to fund capital expenditure by other means. During the latest CR the drilling contractor opetted for shares rather than cash.
