A cliche I know but as the tide is turning towards production and decisions are made that basically requires no further dilution, then shareholders will acknowledge Management's decisions and could agree to performance-rights going forward. That said, there are clearly issues that can only be cleared by removing individuals who have rewarded themselves for under performing.
