They should, who knows if the will though. There was only a 1,000,000 trade on the day in question and they got the $17k consideration right for the trade.
Given that the 3y was released 20 minutes after the trade i assume they just reused a prefilled template from the last 3y which was 3,000,000 while changing most of it they forgot to scrub that box.
