the CEO appointment has been the clincher for me, instead of a subcontract management team, we now have someone with a vested interest to make the company grow, its still pretty decent coin $330k a year plus if you stay a year 3 million shares on top of that, currently thats over $100k, but if he hits the goal of 100 million MC thats where the big money comes in.
