Well that explains the drop in SP this week, came off from $1.70 to $1.60 and then the announcement of the sale at...guess what? $1.60! I think the shares will resume their upward projectory now thats out of the way. Funny tho that they did an investment roadshow, then received an ‘unsolicited’ offer. I think its much more likely that the roadshow was for that purpose. Still better than them dribbling their shares onto the market for an extended period imo.
