These off-market trades took place on September 5, on which day the share price closed at $1.665. The block sale was done at $1.60 which represents a 3.7% discount.
If we are to believe that this was an unsolicited approach because of strong interest, why the discount? Perhaps it’s normal practice with regard volume deals?
Longer term increased institutional ownership should be a positive.
