Yes, they could be honest to all shareholders, but instead of doing that, they used an exuse that makes me unconfortable, as insiders, that can raise their own pay, or wait for retained earnings big enough to give divident, I guess there must be something to do with change of auditor as well.Insider selling can never be a good thing!
