I am not worried at all, investing in R&D is great at a growth company, Product manufacturing increasing could be insophiscated new staff deliverying brand new integated product. administration decreased, means higher effeciency within the internal company.
We need to get more clarification of staff cost, and look at growth rate, if next q is not better than 109%, then we are dead.
