Validation of management??? Oh come on now. You’ve made 50 posts since April 2012, every single one of them on Immutep (and mostly from the position of defending management/status quo). At the point you started posting here the share price was the post-consolidation equivalent of $1.95 today. Today’s closing price is about 86% down on that. How has this been a satisfactory investment performance for you over 11 years??

In any event, my criticism is primarily of governance. Russell Howard is not increasing shareholder wealth - his contributions as a long serving director and chairman has had the exact opposite effect.
