The rationale is right as long as the recent lows have factored in further news of fund outflow episodes. Given how emotional urges - fear/greed take hold when it comes to reacting to news I wouldn't be surprised if any fund outflow announcements trigger sharper falls in share price down to $1.20-$1.40. That could well be short-lived but equally could last long. The current range at $2.05-2.20 is clearly low in valuation but has persisted with a little volatility for a while.
