As you certainly know, when one purchases a TCL “share” on the ASX, what they actually get is a “triple-stapled security”, i.e. a package consisting of one unit of Transurban Holding Trust, one share of Transurban Holdings Limited and one share of Transurban International Limited; that’s what “stapled securities” means, in the announcement.
