    re: Ann: Change of Director's Interest No... Graham, you are right to point out that the purchase is a significant proportion of this non-Exec Director's fees.

    Keep in mind there are now only 3 on the board and their fees have been decreased significantly since change in management. This means less pay for greater workload.

    IMO, a very good sign for the co with new management taking the lead and finally putting money where their mouth is.
