This is where Roger comes in .. was appointed to the board at the time of the Chilean copper project and was lured with performance rights. Roger is actually well credentialed in copper/ gold / nickel etc and was in fact a welcome addition at the time considering the other two board members are a little thin on resumes. If you look at his pay packet , it is quite modest.
He has remained on the board , but obviously Li brine is not his expertise... On market purchase from Roger is quite positive on would think
