If AP and RB are seriously genuine about the offer being good for shareholders then they should both resign now. It’s hypocritical for them to be saying they unanimously support the offer but stay on as board members.The shares they are selling were mostly cheap options given in the set up and it’s obvious now that ponderosa was there to do a job and Stephen Lynn a hired gun. True colours shining through, a complete boys job IMO, with the world turning around a certain few.
