holders might need to be careful the unhappy duo (Richard and Lang) might one day cash in their IPO 20m performance share after this acquisition!
For the new management to be fair and truthful, they should first cancel those performance shares which have met share price vest conditions, the only thing outstanding was to generate $1m revenue a quarter, which might be met after this acquisition.
