I'm really confused, can someone explain this to me.
A top tier Chair joins Appen. He has long standing career as chair/CEO at major tech-reliant businesses (real estate listing platforms, streaming services, news publishing). He would know from this experience how important AI will be to these industries and many others going forward. I'd imagine therefore he understands the huge potential for Appen's Enterprise customer base. He's then willing to drop $300k on Appen shares based on that experience.
It's no big deal as I'm in for the long haul but find it really strange that this very positive sign isn't being taken into account by the market or media reporting. Or am I missing something?
