Well, wouldn't it be nice to see management to put their wallets where their mouth is? However - this is none of these events. It is just the "freebee" the recent AGM donated to him for doing nothing else than accepting the CEO position.
He does not need to do anything to get these shares, and certainly he does not need to pay for them. Just another useless drain (well - dilution) on shareholders resources.
